 For custom orders we require 50% down with the remaining due at time of shipping. We also request that you send us a signed copy of the design that you would like, or we can make a sketch and submit it to you for approval.

Shipping costs vary and we will try to keep them at the best prices we can which means we may use dfferent carriers. However we will ship on a specific carrier if you request. Shipping time for standard products can be up to 6 weeks, and custom products up12 weeks, we will keep this time as short as possible.
